"Sans Frontieres" is leaving the comfort of the Marina for some serious training along the Coronado shores to Imperial Beach and back, on the menu: lots of tacking and spinnaker fine tuning....

Life Jacket Trial

On September 5 the "Sans Frontieres" crew put the self inflatable life jacket to trial. the experience was a success! a few seconds after hitting the surface the life vests inflated and didn't loose air for hours following the test.

Week-end of August 28 Training...

Sans Frontieres' crew is working on every last detail to make sure she is perfectly ready to absorb the "few" miles from San Diego to Cabo San Lucas in october. Spinnaker is on board,  life raft is getting its annual check up etc...

A few more week-end of training on San Diego's beautiful waters and all skills should be nicely polished for the big day....
